Our product quality is guaranteed and we are accredited by US-based NSF International, along with many other accolades. Crystal is ranked the number one and most-trusted drinking water brand among Thai consumers, thanks to the clarity and purity of our product.
NSF International
To ensure the purest and highest-quality drinking water, Crystal pays close attention to every stage of production, from water purification using RO (Reverse Osmosis), UV (Ultraviolet), and Ozone to sterilize and disinfect water, through to the water bottle filling system. As a result, Crystal was Thailand’s first brand of drinking water to receive certification from NSF International, which was appointed as a Collaborating Centre on Drinking Water Safety and Treatment by the World Health Organization (WHO). Today, NSF International certifies standards for drinking water production that are widely recognized in over 150 countries around the world. All certified products must meet NSF International quality standards, which specify 575 requirements for drinking water production.
ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000
Thanks to the close attention we pay to each stage of production, we have received ISO 22000 Food Safety Management certification, and are the world’s first brand of drinking water to receive FSSC 22000 Version 4.1 certification. This is an international food safety and quality management system certification scheme that incorporates several processes such as management, planning, production, and many other steps.
Carbon Footprint Label
Carbon Footprint Labelling is significant, as a good quality of life comes from a good living environment. We take the environment into account at every stage of our production process before Crystal drinking water is delivered to consumers. This helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to global warming, and led to our brand eventually receiving a Carbon Footprint Label certification.
Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Quality Award
It’s a long journey for Crystal to provide consumers with their most trusted clean and safe drinking water. As a result of the meticulous care we take at every stage of manufacturing, we have received the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Quality Award for five consecutive years, another guarantee of our continued quality and product safety.
Water Footprint
As the number one drinking water brand among Thai consumers, we always consider the proper management of water resources at every stage of production to ensure we avoid causing environmental impact. This led to Crystal becoming the first drinking water brand in Thailand to be given Water Footprint certification.
